We provide your own off-site conveyancing team who can process and manage a chunk of workload on your conveyancing matters enabling your firm to function with increased efficiency while saving time and costs.
Our conveyancing team will be able to assist you with all stages in a conveyancing matter - drafting a legal estimate for your client, preparing pre-contract paperwork, reviewing contract papers along with searches and mortgage offer, carrying out post exchange
searches and dealing with post completion formalities. We also possess experience in working on case management systems such as LEAP, Osprey and Intelliworks.
We are also able to provide support services to the law firm`s Finance and accounts, IT and reception. The Finance and Accounts team can deal with setting up bank transactions; office payments & client payments; reconciliation for client money & office money; including month-end accounts. The process is fully compliant with SRA Accounts Rules 2011. Our IT team supports end-to-end IT requirements of the users as well as carry out supervisory functions on the case management system. The reception team provides Level-1 support for the law firms by answering front desk calls and aiding the caller by providing them with
information and routing them to the solicitors as needed.
