David has over 20 years’ experience of working within the legal and professional services sector, having been a Managing Partner of a law firm until late 2016. During that time, he developed knowledge and skills in the overall management and strategy of law firms.

David’s time in the legal industry has seen him directly involved in Strategy, finance and budgeting, marketing, business development, performance management, risk management, regulation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, software and technology, Succession and Exit Planning, Training and Developing future Partners.

This invaluable experience has been gained through working with law firms of all sizes from small private client firms through to large legal departments and environments processing volume legal work. In more recent times David has worked with a number of firms helping them to enhance their own strategy and in turn improve profitability and efficiencies whilst controlling risk.
